Hi there! I’m Sarah, an experienced physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates and Barre instructor with a passion for exercise and finding happiness through movement.
A decade ago, I completed my Bachelor of Science (Physio). I additionally hold a Graduate Certificate in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy and am completing my Master’s of the same title in 2023 through La Trobe University. I have worked with thousands of people both in person and online to manage various musculoskeletal injuries, formulate clinical exercise programs, problem solve dysfunctional movement and get rid of pain, for good. My Pilates certifications are physiotherapy-specific and as a result took a deep dive on complex movement and applications to specific patterns.
