I’m hesitant because I’ve never been “good at” fitness programs or sport

I understand, but you don’t have to be! I will teach you the basics and talk you through all of the exercises to build your confidence. Start off with beginner classes and progress as you’re ready - you go at your own pace. There is absolutely no rush! And if you need a hand, reach out anytime on the Facebook group page and help will be there.

How soon can I expect to get results?

It depends on your goals, but ultimately, you get out what you put in! If you want to “tone up” or manage your weight, exercising regularly will make a huge difference. I recommend 3-4 classes per week and you’ll see results in as little as 4-6 weeks. Don’t worry, I have loads of information on goal setting and planning in your “Welcome Pack” on the portal.

I’m worried that I won’t be able to dedicate the time to exercising frequently

Yep, life is super fast-paced these days, but FIITLATES On Demand is designed to fit around your schedule! You don’t have to spend hours at the gym, you can exercise anywhere you can fit your mat. Even conveniently in your lounge room in front of the tv when the children are in bed, if that’s what will work for you! I have ensured to include loads of planning tips and tricks on the portal to combat this very issue, as it’s one of the most common roadblocks to regular exercise. So, you’re safe with me, I’ve got you 😊

BOOST YOUR ENERGY WHILST MAXIMISING TIME

Finding time to exercise is such a challenge! Particularly when you know that you should be taking time for self-care in this fast-paced world.

Mind-blowing statistics

According to Australian Government statistics, only 27.2% of people reached the recommended exercise guidelines for maximising health and reducing preventable disease. That’s a HUGE 72.8% who don’t. Adding to that, half of employed people spend most of their day sitting.


PLUS, regular exercisers have up to 35% lower risk of cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease and stroke. When compared to those with a sedentary lifestyle.


So, finding time to prioritise self-care through exercise seems like a no-brainer, doesn’t it?!


HOWEVER, various gym reports reveal that more than one third of the population believe that time is a major barrier to exercise. Two thirds of those surveyed also believe that they DON’T look after their health as they feel they should.


Interestingly, the same number of people also regularly experienced fatigue...

…Could this lack of exercise and fatigue be related?

Yep! According to a 2014 study published in the Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise journal, skipping exercise is strongly associated with low mood and energy as well as increased fatigue. Particularly in women.


The GOOD NEWS is that there’s an easy solution!

“That’s great Sarah,” I hear you say. “But how am I going to find the time?”


Being time poor is one of THE BIGGEST reasons I hear from people struggling with exercise consistency.

So don’t worry, you’re not alone.


Your time is so precious and you know that you need to find exercise that makes the most of your hours. You know that your energy would go through the roof if you put self-care at the top of your to-do list. But as hard as you try, you’re finding it hard to be consistent.  

You know it really is time to start looking after you. You’re sick of being unable to perform at your best. You’re feeling stressed, burnt out, always tired, have zero energy and your self-confidence is at an all-time low.

And I have a science-backed solution.

What you might have heard is that you need to exercise for an hour every single day of the week to reap the rewards of exercise.

And who has the time for that?!

I sure don’t and I don’t think you do, either.

So how about we challenge that with some real scientific evidence?

A 2018 randomised controlled trial found that exercising even for 10 minutes per day can have a MASSIVE positive impact on mood, fatigue and energy.

How amazing is that?!


This means that you can STILL do all of the things that you love AND make the most of your precious time. Spend time with loved ones. Play with your dog. Unwind with Netflix in the evening.


It’s easier to find your stride with daily, self-caring movement than you might have thought.

And as a result, you’ll massively boost your energy and markedly reduce your stress! Not to mention, your self-confidence will also skyrocket with your new-found time-maximising workout routine.


Fatigue and lack of self-caring exercise are closely correlated.

72.8% of people don’t meet recommended exercise levels.

LET’S MAKE SELF CARE EASY

It’s time to flip the script. Working out is self-care. Writing “Online Pilates class” in your diary every Monday, Wednesday and Friday is scheduling in self-care sessions with yourself. The same as you would an appointment with the dentist, going to the supermarket to buy healthy food or indulging in your nightly skincare routine.

Looking after your body on a regular basis is just as important as looking after your teeth to prevent gum disease, eating vegetables for nutrients and nourishing your skin with niacinamide or retinol (IYKYK 😉).

Exercise is self-care for your body and mind.

And self-care is a vital part of looking after yourself in this fast-paced world.

You don’t need another daunting personal trainer with unrealistic promises and an expensive bottom line.

You don’t need an influencer showing you how to do leg extensions incorrectly (that will probably hurt your lower back, btw).

You don’t need another exercise machine that will sit in your wardrobe gathering dust.

You need self-caring expert workouts that you don’t have to sacrifice your precious time to complete.

Now here's a bit about me, I’m Sarah!

I’m an experienced physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor with a passion for exercise and finding happiness through movement. In addition to my Bachelor of Science (Physio), I hold a Graduate Certificate in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy and am completing my Master’s of the same title in 2023 through La Trobe University.

I have worked with thousands of people both in person and online to manage various musculoskeletal injuries, formulate clinical exercise programs, problem solve dysfunctional movement and get rid of pain, for good.

I hold multiple Pilates and Barre certifications and have completed extensive additional professional development courses to study movement patterns, spinal physiotherapy and management of various sporting conditions. My Pilates certifications are physiotherapy-specific and as a result took a deep dive on complex movement and applications to specific patterns.
