Why the fitness industry wants you to fail (and hence, why I hate it)

Sounds controversial, doesn’t it? Why would a fitness professional be disgruntled with their own industry? 🤔

The answer: confusion, unrealistic expectations and limited exercise knowledge.

And the most frustrating thing? YOU are the one who suffers.

Here's why I can't stand the wellness industry and how FIITLATES is flipping the script.

The fitness market is UNREGULATED

The exercise market is very cluttered and usually offers confusing and conflicting messages more often than helpful, proactive, positive solutions to health, wellbeing and exercise needs.

And the worst bit? “Trainers” and “Pilates instructors” are often not what they seem... This is because the exercise market is largely unregulated!

AKA there is nothing to say that the person providing "back pain treatment" has more than a weekend course under their belt. 🤦🏼‍♀️

So how can you be sure that the workouts you’ve been given won’t hurt you? Answer: you can’t.

And that's not good enough.

So FIITLATES is flipping the script.

FIITLATES was started to make a difference.

I believe that everyone deserves access to professional, expert exercise.

You deserve to workout with complete confidence in yourself, your safety and in your instructor. That they understand deeply how the body works, how to adjust exercise and why those adjustments work!

Because you deserve to get results.

This is why FIITLATES only contains expert workouts designed by an accredited Sports Physiotherapist (BSc, MSc, APAM, CSP, HCPC).

The FIITLATES Difference

Workouts are graded according to level of experience and class type. There are stretching/mobility and general pain-reducing classes for generic advice. Of course, these are completed with individual consideration and at own risk.

And those common Pilates problems? We've got you!

Have you wondered why your back hurts when you lift your legs to table top?

Do you feel neck pain when you crunch or chest lift?

Or maybe you can't feel your "core" work hard, only your thighs or hips?

Find all of these answers and so many more on FIITLATES On Demand!
