COMING SOON
Two distinct class types are on offer: mat classes and Pilates circuits .
All classes are grounded in my Sports Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates background, because I want you to feel supported, not simply follow along and hope you're doing it right.
Class Types
Mat Pilates
With only 3–4 people per class, these sessions offer a more individual experience than a typical group class. They're designed to help you move well, build strength and feel confident in your body.
Pilates Circuits: Reformer and Mat
A rotating combination of reformer and mat-based exercises to challenge your strength, control and endurance, with the variety to keep things interesting. Limited to 3 people per class.
Or perhaps it’s just been a while. And that’s perfectly okay!
If this is you, I strongly recommend booking a 1:1 Clinical Pilates session before going in to classes.
This is for many reasons, but the number one is to build your confidence. It can be daunting going into a class not knowing some of the basic movements or what works for your body. A 1:1 session will help us to understand what works for you and your body, as well as to learn some of the names of Pilates exercises. I’ll also develop an understanding of any pre-existing conditions such as back pain or if you’re rehabilitating from an injury or surgery. We will then talk through some goals and what you want to get out of Pilates.
A note on pregnancy:
If you are pregnant or post-natal, booking an initial 1:1 prior to classes is essential, for yours and the baby’s safety. Movement like Pilates is strongly recommended during pregnancy, however each pregnancy is different.
